The Nizhnyaya Tura SDPS, 2×230 MW (Nizhn.Tura, Russia)
The Nizhnyaya Tura state district power station, 2×230 MW, Russia
A new CHP station in the town of Nizhnyaya Tura was commissioned on December 15th. The plant is equipped with two CCGT units with combined electric capacity of 460 MW and thermal capacity of 520 Gcal/h. Each power-generating unit consists of a 180 MW gas turbine unit GT13E2 with a generator (Astrom), a 63 MW steam turbine KT-63-7.7 (Ural Turbine Plant, CJSC), an air-cooled generator TF-63-2UHL3 (ELSIB, SPA) and a waste-heat boiler PK-87 manufactured at Podolsk Machine-Building Plant, OJSC (ZiO).
Construction of the Nizhnyaya Tura state district power station is the largest investment project in the electricity-producing industry of the Sverdlovsk region in the last 30 years. Its budget exceeded 20 billion rubles. The specific feature of the project is that it was erected within the premises of an actual state district power station, the outdated equipment of which will be taken out of service.
Following was manufactured for this project:
1st stage:
- TENE 20-1600-375 NF1 — 143.876 linear m
- TENE 20-10000-300 NF1 — 253.340 linear m
- TENE 10-5000-250 NF1 — 281.345 linear m
- TZKR-6-2000-81 NF1 — 432.377 linear m
2nd stage:
- TENE-20-1600-375 NF1 — 130.327 linear m
- TENE-20-10000-300 NF1 — 210.749 linear m
- TENE-10-5000-250 NF1 — 240.695 linear m
- TZKR-6-2000-81 NF1 — 149.274 linear m
- ShZP-0.4-1600 — 25.8 linear m
- ShZP — 0.4 -2500 — 8.6 linear m
The overall total is 1,877 linear meters of isolated phase buses of different types.
